Installation and Wearing Guide
How to install the main unit?
The sleep aid device consists of two parts: the main unit and the headband. The hook on the side of the main unit fits into the slots on the headband to ensure a secure connection. Follow these steps to assemble:
- Align the components: Align the hook of the main unit with the two slots on the side of the headband.
- Push to secure: Push the hook fully into the slot until there are no visible gaps.
- Magnetic attachment: The other side of the main unit will automatically attach to the headband using a magnet.
- Check for gaps: Check if there's any gap between the main unit and the headband. If there is, press again to ensure a snug fit.
Note: If there is a gap between the main unit and the headband, the sensor may not properly connect, resulting in malfunction.
You do not need to remove the main unit after each use. However, if you need to clean the headband, be sure to remove the main unit first to prevent damage.

Does the sleep aid device fit my head size?
The sleep aid device is designed to fit most adult head sizes, with a head circumference range of 480mm to 620mm. The design fits around from the forehead to the back of the head. This longer headband provides better stability and ensures that the sensors can collect accurate data throughout sleep.
How to wear the sleep aid device?
Follow these steps to achieve the best fit with the sleep aid device:
- Hold the device with the front side facing up. Make sure the button faces upward to correctly identify the device direction.
- a. For short hair or tied-up hair: Place the sleep aid on your head and pull it down so the sensor contacts the forehead.
b. For long hair: Place the device around your neck like a necklace (under the hair), then pull it up onto your head like a headband. This helps keep hair away from your ears. - Ensure the main unit is centered on your forehead. Adjust the headband length so it fits snugly and comfortably on your head.
- Adjust the arms of the earbuds forward so they sit in front of your ears.
- Move any loose hair away from your forehead and make sure the sensor is in direct contact with the skin. The ideal position is approximately 10–15mm above your eyebrows.
Notes:
- Make sure the main unit is centered on your forehead. This ensures the sensors are evenly distributed for comprehensive and accurate signal detection.
- Ensure no hair is between the sensor and skin. Hair can interfere with sensor accuracy.
Tips:
If you have long hair, it’s recommended to tie it up to avoid interference with the sensors.
When any sleep program is started, the device will run a signal quality check. If the signal is poor, a voice prompt will ask you to adjust the headband to ensure optimal sensor contact.
By following these steps and precautions, you can ensure proper wearing and achieve the best sensor performance for a better user experience.
